What is the difference between “document” and “non-document” or “product” shipments for international shipping?
A document shipment includes such things as business correspondence, legal documents, contracts, etc. (i.e., documents with a nominal value).
A non-document/product shipment includes such things as clothing, auto parts, books, etc. (usually with a commercial value).
