If I register on FedEx Billing Online, will I still receive paper invoices by mail?
No, when you register on FedEx Billing Online, you will no longer receive paper invoices by mail. You can retrieve a PDF version of your invoice to be saved or printed by clicking the invoice number from the account summary, clicking the "Download invoice" button, choosing PDF from the download dropdown, and clicking the "Create Download" button.Â
NOTE: To view the invoice in PDF format, you may need to install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
