What are FedEx® Delivery Signature Options?
FedEx Delivery Signature Options are specific signature options you can designate for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground intra-Canada or international shipments.
How to Select: When using FedEx Ship Manager™, signature options can be selected under “Special Services." Please note these will only appear with a destination that is enabled for those services. Also, signature options cannot be added, removed or changed once FedEx has taken possession of the package.
Cost: FedEx Delivery Signature Options fees vary by signature type and shipment details. Please check the FedEx Service Guide for details.
Note: If the signature option is not selected, standard operating procedures will apply, and you will not be charged for a signature option. These procedures may include releasing a shipment without obtaining a signature.
