How does FedEx Delivery manager work and how can my customers take advantage of it?
As the shipper, you can activate the FedEx Delivery Manager for your customers when creating a shipment using a FedEx electronic shipping solution. FedEx will send an email notification to your residential customer with a secure link to the FedEx Delivery Manager portal. If the original delivery details are inconvenient, your customer can choose from the available options in the portal. On the day of delivery, your customer will receive an email notification when the shipment is on its way.
