How will I know if my customers received their package or changed the original delivery details?
You can activate delivery notifications when you create a shipment using your FedEx electronic shipping solution:
- Go to Shipment Notifications
- Notify Sender > Notification Type > Select Notifications: “Ship, Tendered, Exception, Estimated Delivery or Delivery.
Any changes the customer makes to the original delivery details will be visible when you check the shipment status.
