How do I add users to my account?

Select "My Options" on your 'Billing Online' tab in the app. Next, choose "Manage Users." You can invite new users by entering the first name, last name, and email address of the user you wish to invite. Once you have entered the required information, FedEx Billing Online will email an invitation to the new user. Only the FedEx Billing Online Administrator can add new users to an account.
