The FedEx Express Canadian Courier of the Year award is designed to find the nation’s best couriers by asking customers to vote for their courier by completing a nomination form on the FedEx Express Canada contest page at fedex.ca/courieroftheyear.

The FedEx Express Canadian Courier of the Year award is open to all permanent full or part-time couriers, senior couriers, and courier handlers. (“Eligible Couriers”).

Four winners will be chosen from across the country—two from Ontario (Ontario, Central and Metro districts), one from the West (including Manitoba), and one from the East.

Each Canadian Courier of the Year award winner will receive an extra week’s paid vacation (to be used in FY24) plus $500 cash.

Eligible Couriers will receive a notepad containing 50 sheets from their manager to pass out to their customers. On each sheet, the Eligible Courier will write their full name and employee number, which will be required by the customers to nominate them successfully via the FedEx Express Canada contest page at www.fedex.ca/courieroftheyear.

Customers will be given space to tell us how their courier has gone ‘above and beyond’ to deliver a superior customer experience.

To ensure their vote is valid, they must leave their contact details and account number.

Each courier can be nominated a maximum of 50 times.

Customers will have until October 11, 2023, to nominate their courier by completing our online entry form.

The selection team will include specialists and management representatives from operations, human resources and communications.

The selection team will review all nominations to ensure they comply with the eligibility and nomination requirements. At their discretion, the selection team may contact nominators or other colleagues of candidates to clarify or obtain additional information, if required. The selection team will not contact candidates. The decisions of the selection committee are final.

Winners will be notified by October 31, 2023.
