With FedEx Sustainability Insights, you can view estimated CO2e* shipping emissions at package and account levels. Created by FedEx Dataworks, this revolutionary cloud-based tool uses real-time FedEx network data to power a suite of tools for e-commerce customers.

Use the tool to get a historical view of your estimated emissions. See your FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, and FedEx Freight® shipments—domestic and global. FedEx Sustainability Insights is accessible to anyone with a fedex.ca user ID and a FedEx account number. Some exclusions apply.

Log in with your FedEx Common Login (FCL) credentials to track your carbon footprint. You’ll be able to:

  • Get access by payor account number or tracking ID; view up to 20 account numbers or 500 tracking IDs
  • See near real-time carbon emissions reporting
  • Run a shipping emissions report by scope, service type, country/region/territory, transport mode, weight, or origin/destination
  • View total CO2e emissions data and details
  • Export a report to Excel or PDF

Certain emissions information outside the U.S. and Canada may be incomplete due to system incompatibility. Excluded data may include, but is not limited to, domestic shipment data for certain countries/territories, including, but not limited to, Australia, Brazil, China, France and Poland. A detailed download of what shipments are included in the report is available. Exclusions are updated periodically and are subject to change without notice.
