FedEx is now moving to online access to your Import Declaration. With online access, your document will be available overnight to view and download through our website. This user and environmentally friendly facility will replace receiving the document via the post.

You must register for online access – click the below Online Access button to register your details and complete the requested fields.

Optional additional email notification
In addition to the online access, a fast and easy way to receive your Australian Import Declarations is by email. If you subscribe to email notifications, then once your shipment clears Australian Border Force, FedEx will email you the Import Declaration document for your records.

To apply for email notifications, simply select the subscribe button below and complete the requested field. FedEx will validate your eligibility and respond to your request within 48 hours*.
