I wasn't home when FedEx tried to deliver my package. How can I request a redelivery? 

  • If your shipment is being delivered to a residential address, you may check your shipment status at Sorry We Missed You (SWMY). You will be able to see your available options.
  • For business shipments, delivery will be re-attempted the following business day, as it is assumed the business will be open the following business day. If the business is still unattended after three attempts, the shipment will return to the station and be held for further instructions.
  • Change of delivery address for an import shipment is an exception service, and we cannot assure its execution.
