• Send an email within the first 24 hours of your transaction to cobranzasar@fedex.com including the following information:
  1. Proof of payment
  2. Number of paid invoices
  3. Your FedEx account number
  4. Name of the account holder
• FedEx systems can take up to 72 hours until your payment is reflected in your statement. To request it write us to: cobranzasar@fedex.com
