How do I book a shipment?
There are three ways you can book a shipment – online, at a FedEx location or by phone.
1. Online
To book a shipment online, simply go to fedex.com and log in to your FedEx shipping account. If you don’t have a shipping account yet, you can sign up for one with your credit card. Alternatively, you can go to FedEx Ship Manager™ Lite to book a shipment without an account.
2. FedEx location
To book a shipment at a FedEx location, make sure your shipment is in the correct packaging and that all your paperwork is in order. You may need to print a shipping label, commercial invoice and air waybill.
3. Phone
To book a shipment by phone, you can speak to our Customer Service team.
