The FedEx Integrator Program gives FedEx customers another way to integrate FedEx Automated Solutions into their internal applications. Integrators can assist FedEx customers who want to use FedEx Ship Manager API and/or FedEx Ship Manager Server to integrate FedEx shipping services into their online e-commerce websites, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Order Management Systems (OMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
If you're interested in integrating FedEx shipping into your company's internal processes or applications but short on IT resources, then the FedEx Integrator Program may be a cost-effective and efficient alternative for you to outsource the integration of FedEx Automated Solutions.
Integrators often provide a variety of services ranging from technical consultation on a per-hour basis to a full turnkey implementation of FedEx Automated Solutions. Additionally, Integrators can provide post-implementation support, if desired. The exact services provided by an Integrator are up to you and the Integrator. You are responsible for reaching an agreement with the Integrator of your choice regarding the scope of services and the price you will be charged for the services.
FedEx has provided training to participating Integrators regarding how the following FedEx Automated Solutions: FedEx Ship Manager API and FedEx Ship Manager Server can be implemented to integrate FedEx shipping services into other business applications. FedEx is not responsible or liable for any work performed by an Integrator. The Integrators are not owned, wholly or in part, by FedEx Corporation nor are they agents or representatives of FedEx.
FedEx only provides support for the FedEx Automated Solutions. You are responsible for contracting with the Integrator to provide support and maintenance for the specific transaction coding and integration into your internal application developed by the Integrator. Issues relating to work performed by the Integrators must be resolved with the Integrator.
