FedEx offers a money-back guarantee for every U.S. shipment. You may request a refund or credit of your shipping charges if we miss our published (or quoted, as in the case of FedEx SameDay®) delivery time by even 60 seconds.
This guarantee applies to all U.S. shipments, commercial and residential, to all 50 states.

We offer a money-back guarantee if we miss our published (or quoted, as in the case of FedEx® International Next Flight) delivery time by even 60 seconds, barring customs delays.

A money-back guarantee applies to FedEx Ground shipments to business addresses and FedEx Home Delivery® shipments to residential addresses within the U.S. If the package is not delivered on the standard scheduled delivery day, you can request a credit of shipping charges. There is no money-back guarantee for FedEx International GroundSM shipments to Canada.
