Electronic Shipping Tools
FedEx® electronic shipping tools simplify your shipping process and paperwork by:
- Providing online airbills and air waybills, Commercial Invoices and other customs documentation.
- Saving you time to focus on more important matters.
- Preventing delays from inaccurate or incomplete documentation.
Documents for U.S. Shipments
A single shipping label is all that's required to transport your FedEx packages dependably throughout the U.S. FedEx Express uses the FedEx® U.S. Airbill. FedEx Ground® uses the FedEx Ground Bar-Code Label and FedEx Home Delivery® uses the FedEx Home Delivery Bar-Code Label.
Documents for International Shipments
For international shipments, first prepare your air waybill (FedEx Express shipments) or bar-code label (FedEx Ground). Afterward, you can easily complete any additional customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, using free, time-saving FedEx International Documentation® and our FedEx Trade Networks capabilities.
Use the FedEx® International Air Waybill for FedEx Express shipments up to 150 lbs, and the FedEx® Expanded Service International Air Waybill for express shipments including freight, dangerous goods or other specialized services.
Use the FedEx Ground Bar-Code Label (International) for FedEx International GroundSM shipments.
