Invoicing and Payment

Payment Options
You can pay for most FedEx delivery services by:

Electronic funds transfer or automatic debit. Requires a FedEx account number and prior approval.

Check or money order. This includes cashier’s checks and traveler’s checks. We do not accept counter checks or third-party checks.

Credit card. You can pay for FedEx® services with Master Card®, Visa®, American Express®, Diners Club®, Carte Blanche®, Discover Card® and Optima®.

Cash. Not available at some FedEx shipping locations.
Filing a Claim
You can file a claim by mail or fax, or save time by submitting it online via FedEx Claims Online. When you file online, you can request periodic e-mail updates on the status of your claim. Plus we pre-populate the claim form with details from your shipping record. (Online option available for claims on U.S. shipments only.)
