Additional Information

FedEx International MailService enables you to ship a collection of international mail via FedEx. We or our designee will affix postage and tender these shipments to a postal authority for delivery to the final destination. FedEx is responsible for the shipment only until it is tendered to a postal authority. No money-back guarantee applies.

Special rates apply; contact your FedEx account executive. If you do not designate Premium (delivery typically in 4–7 international business days) or Standard (delivery typically in 7–11 international business days) on the FedEx International MailService Air Waybill, we will use Premium service. The minimum billable shipment weight is 3.3 lbs. for each shipment. No more than 50 lbs. should go in one FedEx International MailService bag or box.

Shipments outbound from the U.S. may consist only of letters, letter packages, postcards and printed matter, and certain dutiable items valued at less than US$150, weighing less than 50 lbs., and not otherwise subject to import or export restrictions in the U.S. or any destination country. Items that are prohibited in the international mails or that are prohibited entry by a particular country may not be shipped.
