Printer-Friendly C-TPAT Services in Canada

As an exporter to the U.S. you must be aware how C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) may affect your business.
FedEx Trade Networks has been selected by Export Development Canada (EDC) to be an independent consultant that offers trade advisory services for the C-TPAT application process. (The independent consultant signature on the Summary Sheet is mandatory for approval of the loan application.)
If you are a registered company in the province of Quebec you are further eligible for C-TPAT financial assistance in a form of a grant. The Quebec ministère du Développement économique, de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation (MDEIE) has instituted a program for defraying a portion of the expenses for the expertise required for facilitating the certification of exporting companies and carriers for the C-TPAT Program. Financial assistance involves a non-repayable contribution for up to 40% of eligible costs for completing the project to a maximum of $50,000 per application.
FedEx Trade Networks is offering support to those companies who choose to apply for C-TPAT by assisting in the gap analysis as required by the EDC or the full certification process.
