U.S. money-back guarantee policy
The U.S. domestic and U.S. import/export services eligible for the money-back guarantee now include the following services for U.S. payers only:

- FedEx First Overnight Extra Hours*
- FedEx Priority Overnight Extra Hours*

- FedEx International Priority®
- FedEx International Priority® Express
- FedEx International Priority® Freight
- FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution®
- FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution® Freight
As previously communicated, the money-back guarantee for all other U.S. and international package and freight services, FedEx Freight®, and FedEx Office® services remains suspended. The status of the money-back guarantee for these FedEx® services and additional FedEx services worldwide is being evaluated on an ongoing basis, and our focus remains on continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers during this period of uncertainty.

Holiday delivery commitment times
Effective Feb. 14, 2025
Love is in the air! Our hearts (and planes) are full as we prepare for higher-than-normal delivery volumes on Valentine’s Day. We are temporarily extending the delivery commitment times for the following time-definite FedEx services on Friday, Feb. 14, by ninety (90) minutes due to an anticipated volume surge.
