Yes, FedEx shipping services are available at all locations. Each store also features a dedicated self-service packing area and packing and shipping supplies for purchase. Many Office Depot OfficeMax locations have team members who will pack your shipment for you. Contact specific locations for more details.
Do Office Depot OfficeMax locations offer custom packing solutions?
Custom packing solutions are available for certain types of packages. If an Office Depot OfficeMax store is unable to meet your specific packing needs, please visit a FedEx Office location for more advanced packing services.
Do I need a shipping label before I arrive?
No, a team member can help you choose the shipping option that fits your needs, create a shipping label, and get your package on its way. If you already have a shipping label for your package or return, you can drop off your package at any Office Depot OfficeMax location.
How can I make sure my package will be accepted at an Office Depot OfficeMax location?

How long can a package be held for pickup at Office Depot OfficeMax?
A package will be held for up to 7 days. After that, it will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility, and your tracking information will be updated to show that your package is no longer being held for pickup at Office Depot OfficeMax. If your package has been returned, please call customer support.
