Printer-Friendly Shipping Tips
The busiest shipping time of the year is here. To help you plan your shipping accordingly, FedEx has released our holiday schedule.
Proper packing, sealing and labeling help ensure that your shipments will arrive on time and in good condition. We've assembled a resource library filled with all the tips and tools you need to get packing and packaging assistance. With FedEx, you can pack like a pro or let us pack it for you. Go to How to Pack at fedex.com for comprehensive packing and packaging resources.
Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, the money-back guarantee for FedEx Express® shipments for on-time delivery will be suspended temporarily from Dec. 18 through Dec. 24 on most shipments that reach their destinations within 90 minutes of the scheduled commitment.1
When you ship with FedEx Ground® or FedEx Home Delivery®, the money-back guarantee will be suspended temporarily on packages tendered the 14 calendar days before Christmas (Dec. 11–24).1
1For the terms governing our money-back guarantee, see Terms and Conditions in Our Services.
