Account activity can be monitored, and time can be added to the account without disconnecting the call or speaking with a service representative. The service can also be used as a "Meet Me" format using the toll-free access number and PIN. e.Conferencing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no restrictions.

NetworkIP's converged voice and data services network utilizes Nortel's DMS-250, 30-port conference circuit packs in their Los Angeles & Longview, Texas facilities.
