MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 2001--FedEx Express
(NYSE:FDX) customers can now save 10 percent off of list shipping
rates for many express services with the new FedEx Online Express
Savings Program. Shippers who qualify for the online promotion on
fedex.com - rated by Keynote Business 40 as one of the fastest Web
sites on the Internet - will be introduced to the most dynamic and
convenient way to access an extensive array of FedEx shipping
services.
New and existing U.S.-based customers may apply for this special
offer at www.fedex.com and eligible customers can open an account
number instantly online and immediately begin shipping and saving
10 percent on many express services. Customers may apply through
November 30, 2001 and the discount will be available until further
notice from FedEx.
