HUDSON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1998--Patrick Manion has
been appointed Vice President, Human Resources, at Caliber Logistics,
Inc. He reports to President, Tom Escott. Manion most recently worked
for Andersen Consulting as a senior manager of change management
consulting based in Los Angeles.
Manion oversees employee relations, training and organization
development, hiring, compensation, benefits and human resources
information systems for the company. "The extensive human resources
experience Patrick Manion brings to Caliber Logistics will help our
company maintain its leadership position in the market by attracting,
developing and retaining the best employees in the logistics
profession," said President, Tom Escott.
His education includes an MBA from The Weatherhead School of
Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSIM from the
University of Akron. Professional association affiliations include the

American Society for Quality Control and the Council of Logistics
Management.
