Thailand Service Update
FedEx resumed its air operations at Suvarnabhumi International Airport on December 4. FedEx remains committed to delivering the best possible service to its customers and is maintaining its pick-up and delivery service in Thailand.
However, due to the service disruption that occurred during the Suvarnabhumi Airport closure, we regret that there may be some delays in outbound and inbound delivery for shipments tendered to FedEx prior to December 4. We regret for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your understanding that this matter is outside our control.
