FedEx has launched FedEx Billing Online – Your new online invoicing system on fedex.com.
FedEx Billing Online allows you to easily manage your invoices online and includes the following core features:
- Real time access to your invoices, 24 hours a day
- Online invoices available as HTML, PDF, CSV, or XML files
- An online invoice dispute facility
- Dynamic generation of remittance advices.
In addition, FedEx Billing Online has a clear design, and information is well organised and presented concisely to facilitate online usage.
You can register on fedex.com under Manage My Account. Once you have completed the FedEx Common Login registration process, you can start using this new feature.
FedEx Billing Online offers additional benefits:
- Online registration: If you already have a FedEx Common Login, all you need to do is request online invoicing.
- Consolidated login information: With the FedEx Common Login, use the same login information for online shipping, tracking and invoicing.
- Flexible account management: Manage each account with a separate user ID or multiple accounts under a single user ID. Also, FedEx Common Login enables you to reset your own password and change your email address for online billing notifications.
- Current invoices available: Once you have registered you can view all your current invoices online including those invoices opened prior to your registration date.
- Rapid download: Invoice data can be downloaded in a matter of minutes. In addition, download files will be retained for up to 14 days.
