Printable Version Use of Chat Box allows customers to obtain real time service from online FedEx agents

Whenever you log on to our Online Chat system via the FedEx website you can immediately communicate in real time via the Internet with one of our Customer Service agents.
This new communication channel is specifically designed to provide you with an alternative to the telephone, fax and e-mail to obtain rapid responses to your queries in the way that best suits your operating practices and needs.
Each time you surf our Customer Service page or our Tracking page you will immediately see a box offering our Online Chat option. Two easy-to-use entry screens then enable you to rapidly provide our Customer Service agents with all the information they need to answer your specific queries via a Customer Chat Box which provides an almost instantaneous Live Chat function between you and FedEx.
The system also allows you to access additional features such as Save Chat Log, File Transfer, Change Access Levels (in the Share Customer’s Screen), and Annotation Tools.
The FedEx Online Chat service is available from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00 each day.
