On March 9, FedEx Express introduced a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu on its call centre telephone system in the UK to increase the speed and efficiency with which customer enquiries are handled. The improved options mean that your call will be quickly directed to a customer service agent with the appropriate expertise to assist with your enquiry.
