You can ship your Domestic shipments in France instantly without an account using TNT services on our Cliquez Envoyez solution. Shipping with our TNT services will give you the possibility to send express shipments to companies or residential addresses with a wide range of timed services. If you are a VAT-registered business owner and handle a significant volume of domestic shipments, please fill out the business form to get in touch with our Sales representatives. They will provide you with personalised discounted rates based on your shipping volumes. Customers will need to open a TNT account to benefit from these services.
By signing up to a FedEx Online Account you will qualify for:

- 50% discount on the fuel surcharges for International shipments
- No extended area service (out of pickup area and out of delivery area) surcharges for International shipments

If you send a package that exceeds the maximum weight and/or dimensions for the relevant service, additional charges may be imposed.
If you open a FedEx Online Account you will need to provide credit card details as part of the account opening process. These credit card details will be used and charged each time you send a FedEx shipment.

Yes, FedEx Ship Manager will give you the option to pay more to select a higher ‘declared value for carriage’ which will increase the level of FedEx liability for loss and/or damage of your shipment. There are restrictions upon what items an additional higher declared value for carriage is available on – please refer to the applicable conditions of carriage.

FedEx Express Terms and Conditions of Carriage for Europe apply to the carriage of FedEx shipments originating intra-Europe.
Please note that the relevant conditions of carriage limit and in some instances exclude the liability of FedEx.
The FedEx Online Account cannot be used to ship the following:
International shipments:
- Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
- Items that are prohibited by the above conditions of carriage, by law or the FedEx Service Guide
- Third party shipments
- Knives, blades and e-cigarettes
The FedEx Online Account is not suitable for logistics services providers, third party resellers or middlemen.
There is no fee to open any type of FedEx account. Shipping account creation requires you provide a credit card number so that your billing information is tied to your FedEx account. In order to verify the credit card information, a temporary €1 hold may be placed on your credit card.

Yes, but you will not receive the benefits of the discounted rates that come from opening a FedEx account.
