International Broker Select®
FedEx International Broker Select option (BSO) enables the sender to designate a specific customs broker other than FedEx.
Simply select the BSO option and indicate the broker's address and telephone number on the FedEx Air Waybill. If you are using manual air waybills, use the FedEx Expanded Air Waybill.
FedEx can complete delivery after customs clearance, depending on clearance arrangements made by the designated broker. An additional routing surcharge applies to your BSO shipments if you choose to have us complete the delivery after customs clearance and if your recipient and customs broker are served by different FedEx clearance points.
