Printable Version FedEx Ground Manifest Report / Pickup Record

Whether you're shipping within Canada or internationally, FedEx Ground couriers require a record of all of your Ground packages on the day of pickup before they can accept your shipment. The FedEx Ground Manifest Report is required when you ship online, and the FedEx Ground Pickup Record is required when you ship using pre-printed, peel-and-stick bar code labels. Both serve the same purpose - that is, they record all the FedEx Ground packages you ship on a given day.

When you process your last FedEx Ground shipment of the day, simply print out the FedEx Ground Manifest Report directly from the Shipping History screen in FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca™ and give it to your courier at pickup.

FedEx Ground Pickup Record
If you use FedEx Ground preprinted 'peel and stick' bar codes, you must complete the FedEx Ground Pickup Record. You can order a FedEx Ground Pickup Record book by calling 1.800.GoFedEx. To complete the FedEx Ground Pickup Record, follow these steps:

Section	Instructions
1* - Shipper Name and Address	Write in your company name and address.
2* - Shipper Number	Write in your 7-digit FedEx Ground account number.
3 - Total Domestic Bar Codes	Enter the total number of FedEx Ground domestic bar code labels used on the same shipping day.
4* - Total International Bar Codes	Enter the total number of FedEx Ground international bar code labels used on the same shipping day.
5* - Total Packages	Enter the total number of packages shipped (sum of sections 3 & 4).
6 - Tracking ID	Affix the Tracking ID (bar code number)
7* - 84" (2.14 m) Oversize / Residential	Check the columns that are applicable to each package.
8* - C.O.D. Amount / Declared Value Amount	Enter the full amounts per package if applicable in the "C.O.D. Amount" and "Declared Value Amount" columns.
9 - Extra Services	Enter the total number of packages in each "Extra Services" column.
10 - Reference or Description	Write in your internal reference number or a description of the packages in the "Reference or Description" column.
11 - Name / Address	Write in the name and address of each package recipient.
12 -Province	Write in the two-letter abbreviation of the package recipient's province in the "Province" column.
13 - Postal Code	Write in the 6-digit Canadian postal code or 5-digit U.S. zip code of the package recipient.
14 - Weight / Zone	Write in the weight of the package, rounded up to the next full pound or kilogram and then zone found using the territory served zone chart.
