When you ship using FedEx Ground within Canada, you will need the appropriate FedEx Ground bar codes and labels.

  • Use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca™ to complete FedEx Ground Bar Codes and the FedEx Ground Manifest for shipments within Canada
  • If you don't have easy access to a computer with an Internet connection, you can order FedEx Ground 'peel and stick' bar codes and a FedEx Ground Pickup Record book by calling 1.800.GoFedEx.
To prepare your FedEx Ground shipment when you use FedEx Ground 'peel and stick' labels, follow the steps below:
1. Create your own address label. The address label must include:
  1. The recipient's address, including their postal code
  2. The recipient's telephone number
  3. A return address
Affix the address label in an unobstructed space on top of your FedEx Ground package.
2. Affix a FedEx Ground Bar Code label on top of each package. You can order preprinted Bar Code labels by calling 1.800.GoFedEx. The FedEx Ground Bar Code label contains your company's shipper number and a unique tracking number that helps with the accurate and reliable routing of your package.
3. Apply the 'FedEx Ground Tracking ID' label to your FedEx Ground Pickup Record when you request declared value or other special services.
