You or your agent hereby certify that all statements and information contained in the air waybill relating to exportation are true and correct. Furthermore, you understand that civil and criminal penalties, including forfeiture and sale, may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements or for the violation of any Canadian Laws on exportation.
