No Packages for Pickup Today? It's easy to notify us ahead of time.
We know that seeing your FedEx courier's smiling face brightens your day, but on the days when you have no packages to be picked up, we ask that you let us know ahead of time. It's now even easier to notify FedEx when you have nothing to ship. You can conveniently cancel your regularly scheduled FedEx Express® pickups online.
To cancel your regularly scheduled FedEx Express pickup, simply click here. You can also go to fedex.ca/pickup, click on "Schedule a Pickup" and then choose "Cancel Regular Pickup".
Once you've submitted a short online form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique ID reference number. Our Dispatch department will be automatically notified of the cancellation.
Should you need to reverse your cancellation and request a pickup, please visit fedex.ca to schedule a pickup online or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
