How to ship

1.   Complete the FedEx International Express Freight 023 Air Waybill for each shipment and all required customs documentation, including the  B13A Export Declaration form if required.
2.   Affix both shipping and customs documentation to the outside of your shipment, so that it is easily accessible.
3.   You must use your own customs broker. If you do not have your own customs broker, FedEx Trade Networks, Transport and Brokerage, provides customs brokerage solutions.
4.   You must contact us to book and confirm your freight shipment in advance. Please keep the following information handy when you call:
  • FedEx Account Number, if you have one
  • Origin and destination
  • Commodity being shipped
  • Dimensions and weight of shipment
  • Total number of pieces
5.   Since FedEx International Premium is an airport-to-airport service, you must drop off your shipment at a ramp that supports this service. Click here for dropoff locations. You are also required to arrange for pickup of your shipment from FedEx in the destination city.
