If you are a Freight Forwarder and need to ship freight internationally, use FedEx International Express Freight for cost-effective, time-definite, airport-to-airport delivery. For highly time-sensitive shipments such as goods for trade shows, exhibitions or 'airplane-on-ground' (AOG), please use FedEx International Premium™ service. For all other international freight services, use FedEx® International Priority Freight service.

Service Days Monday - Friday service.
Saturdays out of Toronto for all types of freight, and Montreal for seafood only.
Delivery Area 28 countries in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Package Size Virtually any size or weight. Shipments larger than 54" x 54" x 78" (137 cm x 137 cm x 198 cm) require prior approval.
Service Extras
  • Shipments are booked and confirmed in advance.
  • Access to real-time shipment tracking Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm.
  • Dangerous goods and perishables accepted.

  • Pickup and delivery to the door is not available.

How to ship

1.   Complete the FedEx International Express Freight 023 Air Waybill for each shipment and all required customs documentation, including the  B13A Export Declaration form if required.
  1. Fax a copy of your air waybill to 1.866.744.5255 and include your fax number.
  2. Affix both shipping and customs documentation to the outside of your shipment, so that it is easily accessible.
  3. If you require Form B13A, Export Declaration, ensure that the form is stamped by Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
2.   You must use your own customs broker. If you do not have your own customs broker, FedEx Trade Networks, Transport and Brokerage, provides customs brokerage solutions.
3.   Contact us to book your shipment, and keep the following information handy:
  • FedEx Account Number, if you have one
  • Origin and destination.
  • Commodity being shipped.
  • Dimensions and weight of shipment.
  • Total number of pieces.
4.   You must arrange for delivery of your shipment to, and pickup of your shipment from FedEx or an independent handling agent.
