For iOS devices:
Go to the app store and search for FedEx Mobile. To download the app, click on ‘Get’.
For Android™ devices:
Go to Google Play and search for FedEx Mobile. Select the FedEx icon and click ‘Install’.
FedEx Mobile App offers the following features:
- Track the status of your packages using FedEx® Tracking.
- Receive delivery alerts and push notifications
- Create a shipping label
- Find the nearest FedEx locations.
- Quick rate and transit time quotes and if logged in, get account-specific rate quotes.
- Access your FedEx address book and shipment profiles for expedite shipping
Once you’ve signed into the app, you’ll be able to follow the status of any FedEx Express shipment with a valid tracking number.
Within the logged-out state of the app, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Login’. Then click ‘Forgot your user ID or password?’
On the ‘Restore method’ screen, you can reset your user ID or password. If you have an iPhone with Touch ID, you can select that method. Alternatively, go to fedex.com and select ‘Forgot your password or ID?’
